How long does the parquet polishing process take?
For a standard HDB flat or a few bedrooms, the entire sanding and varnishing process typically takes 1 to 2 days. Larger landed properties or extensive repairs may require 3 or more days depending on the scope.

Will the varnish smell strong or toxic?
We offer premium, eco-friendly water-based polyurethane varnishes that are low-VOC and virtually odourless. They dry quickly and are safe for households with kids, pets, or elderly family members. Stronger oil-based varnishes are also available upon request for specific commercial needs.

How long must I wait to walk on the floors after varnishing?
You can walk on the floors carefully in socks about 4 to 6 hours after the final coat dries. However, we recommend waiting 24 hours before moving heavy furniture back into the area.
