Step 1 Dismantle
When handling parquet water damage, our goal is to restore your floors efficiently without the need for a costly full-room replacement. First, the damaged sections are carefully dismantled and cleared away with precision to protect your surrounding flooring. Any compromised plywood underlay is also stripped away, leaving a clean, level cement subfloor that provides a solid foundation for the new installation.

Step 2 Installation
Next, we custom-cut replacement wood panels to fit the exact dimensions of the affected zone over a fresh plywood underlay. We carefully source matching timber species to keep color variations to a minimum. While a minor initial shade difference may be noticeable due to the natural aging and patina of your existing floor, the wood will naturally mature and blend together over time.
Step 3 Polishing
Finally, the repaired area is precision-sanded until smooth and flush, gaps are neatly patched, and professional-grade lacquer or varnish is applied for lasting protection. For the final finish, you can choose between a quick localized touch-up (convenient, though a minor sheen variation may show) or a full-room polish—which requires clearing out furniture, but delivers a completely seamless, uniform look across the entire space.
